La Prosperidad de Chirinos is a coffee cooperative in Peru with more than 50 years of experience. Their work goes beyond producing high-quality coffee. The cooperative invests in the well-being of its farming families and local communities through education, agricultural innovation, environmental initiatives and the development of women and young people. For us, that makes the story behind the coffee just as important as what ends up in your cup.
COFFEE WITH IMPACT
Coffee grown by women. Supporting women. Cosecha de Mujer is an initiative by La Prosperidad de Chirinos that supports and empowers the women behind the coffee. The programme helps strengthen their economic and social position through greater access to opportunities, knowledge and support. It also recognises the important role these women play, not only on the coffee farms, but within their families and communities. The aim is simple: to create more independence, more opportunities and a stronger, more sustainable future for the women who help make this coffee possible.
